What is HXA Smart Desk?
HXA Smart Desk is an electrically height-adjustable desk with an integrated 10.1-inch touch display. It combines desk booking, heating and energy management. Workflows can control power supply and heating based on bookings.
How do I book a desk?
Book directly on the integrated display or through your Microsoft 365 or Exchange account in Outlook or a mobile app. The booking appears on the display at the scheduled time.
Are check-in and check-out available?
Yes. Tap the display to confirm or end your use of the desk. Optional automatic cancellation cancels a booking if no check-in occurs within a defined period.
What is the height adjustment range?
The desk height can be electrically adjusted from 60 to 120 cm using the integrated touch display.
How is desk heating controlled?
Manually on the display or through configured workflows. For example, heating can be switched off automatically when a booking ends.
How is energy consumption analysed?
An additional energy dashboard lets you analyse electricity consumption for each Smart Desk, making usage patterns and standby loads visible.
