Rooms can be booked through the app, the calendar or directly on the 8.9-inch touch display. Color codes show whether a room is available, reserved or occupied. Unused reservations can be released automatically when no one checks in. Custom room names and corporate branding support larger, multi-site environments.

Multiple sizes and desk shapes support individual, team and multi-monitor workplaces. The system combines digital bookability, ergonomics and demand-based energy management — especially for offices without assigned seating.

HXA Smart Glass

Switchable glass turns existing glass surfaces transparent or opaque within seconds.

The film, approximately two millimeters thin, can be integrated into existing architecture. Combined with lighting, climate control, ventilation and presentation technology, it creates flexible meeting zones without costly construction work.
